How to choose the right size

Unsure about your ideal shoe size? In our new post, we’ll show you how to correctly measure your foot, choose the right size and find the perfect size. Don’t let this get in the way of comfort — follow our simple steps and find the perfect fit for your feet!
Are you unsure about the right size for you? We can help!
1. Measure your foot
Place a piece of paper on the floor and the foot on top of the paper.
Outline both feet on the piece of paper (their may be a diference in sizes between each foot so it is best to measure both).
Measure from the centre of the heal until the longest toe. Measure the width too.
2. Add the correct margin
To ensure comfort and the necessary space, follow these guidelines:
Regarding the length, a shoe to have an ideal margin should have between 8 and 12 milimeters more than the length of the foot.
When the shoe has less than 5 milimeters of margin we should stop using them.
When the shoe has more than 12 milimeters of margin they are too big and might cause stumbling.
Regarding shoe width, the ideal is a margin between 3 and 7 milimeters.
3. Consult the size chart
Check our size chart, where we indicate the length and width measurements of the insole. Compare them with your measurements and see if they are within the ideal range.
