GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR MEMBERSHIP AND USE OF THE FELIPOINTS LOYALTY PROGRAM
- The loyalty program "FeliPoints" is developed by FeliPé Shoes Lda (henceforth, FeliPé), Limited liability company • Social Capital € 1.000 - NIPC and registration number (CRC Braga): 518433960 - Praça Dona Maria II, 1234, Shopping Town R/C Loja 13, 4760-111 Vila Nova de Famalicão, Portugal and is its detainer.
- FeliPé's loyalty program, called “FeliPoints”, is valid on the online store and is destined for the exclusive usage of final customers that have a valid electronic email address and are at least 18 years old.
- FeliPé reserves itself the right of deciding unilaterally about the offers, promotions, discounts and any other benefits that are assigned to the users of FeliPé loyalty program ("FeliPoints").
- In case FeliPé considers the usage of FeliPé’s loyalty program ("FeliPoints") abusive, fraudulent or not respectful of the present conditions, FeliPé reserves the right to suspend the reception of new points and/or cancel immediately the FeliPé account, the registration in the loyalty program and respective emission of discounts without warning or compensation.
- By registering to FeliPé’s loyalty program ("FeliPoints"), the customer is aware that they will receive communications regarding the way the loyalty program works sent through the following communications channels: email, sms, letter or phone call. This communication will include information, point balance, discounts and other information exclusively about the loyalty program. Marketing and other sorts of communications need to be activated by the customer when creating the "FeliPoints" account. In case they don’t intend to receive these communications, the customer should change their communication preferences in the customer area.
- The registration to the FeliPé loyalty program ("FeliPoints") is done in the online store.
- The registration to the FeliPé loyalty program ("FeliPoints") is free and allows the collection of points in several ways:
- 1 point per 1€ spent in purchases
- 2 points per 1€ spent in purchases during specific periods and campaigns to be defined by FeliPé
- The points are assigned in the maximum of 72 hours after the delivery of the order.
- At the moment of the order, the account needs to be associated in order to collect the points. It isn’t possible to collect points if the purchase isn’t registered in the moment the order is placed.
- By registering the purchases through "FeliPoints", FeliPé offers a copy of the invoice for 2 years after the date of the order. Returns or exchanges will cancel the correspondent points from the balance in the "FeliPoints". This operation may result in negative points on the account.
- The associated benefits are valid for 1 year from the date in which the points were loaded on to the account.
- The FeliPé loyalty program ("FeliPoints") and account are personal and non-transferable. The customer is exclusively responsible in case the details of the account are provided to third parties.
- When registering to the FeliPé loyalty program the customer is aware that FeliPé will start handling the personal data, this will happen in the following way:
- Goal: FeliPé will handle customers personal data to manage and execute the present general conditions for membership and use of the "FeliPoints" loyalty program
- Legal Basis: Data processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party.
- Data collected: Name, surname, date of birth, email address, address, telephone number.
- Retention period: Data will be retained for a period of 3 years.
- FeliPé informs that it does not subject the personal data collected to automated processing and that electronic communications will be exclusively related to the Loyalty Program, such as, for example, informing: expiring points; point loading; new ways of using points; among others. Other communications will only be made if the customer makes the choice when joining the Loyalty Program.
- The customer is aware of the rights provided for in the GDPR, specifically: access to personal data, as well as its rectification or erasure, and the limitation of processing with regard to the data subject, or the right to object to processing , as well as the right to data portability. You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority via the website www.cnpd.pt.
- Any and all intentions to update or correct personal data must be carried out in the Customer Area or at the reception of one of our stores, upon presentation of identification proving that you are the holder of the respective FeliPé Account.
- The holder of personal data acknowledges that they are solely and exclusively responsible for updates and/or corrections to personal data made directly in their online Personal Area.
- In cases where the Customer exercises the right to no longer be part of the "FeliPoints" Program or exercises the rights of access, change of data, deletion or objection, you may do so by writing a letter addressed to FeliPé at the address above. - FeliPé reserves the right to modify the General Conditions of Membership or to terminate the FeliPé Loyalty Program ("FeliPoints") at any time without compensation or compensation for losses and damages, and must inform its Customers via registered email in the database, as well as on the company's institutional website at www.felipeshoes.com.
